Tech Support and Training   All orders include free patches and minor updates.   Full price paying customers (only) are entitled to up to 8 hours of in-person training at the customer's location (travel costs are extra if outside Southern California) and 40 hours of e-mail or phone support billable in 15 minute increments (must be used within 12 months of initial purchase).   After the first 12 months from date of initial purchase, there will be a fee to maintain the CYBERWAR XXI usage licence that entitles the customer receive any major upgrades to the software. This fee can be paid in advance monthly (US$450/month) or annually US$4,900 (includes US$500 discount).   Additional training and support can also be purchased from Hexagon Interactive.
